Q. When will my order ship?
|
|
A. Non-imprinted orders generally ship same day
or next day.
|

Q. What is the lead-time to ship an imprinted order?
|
|
A. Depending on the quantity, Custom Imprinted
orders usually ship in 3-14 days.
|

Q. How much is shipping?
|
|
A. We ship via UPS. You are charged our UPS
ground rate for regular shipments. Truck shipments are available
for large orders; we will find the most cost effective rate
available.

Q. Can I expedite my shipment?
|
|
A. Yes, we can ship UPS three day Air, or next
day. We will work with you to get the product to you when you
need it, at a price you find acceptable.

Q. Can I ship to a home address?
|
|
A. Yes, we ship to a home address. But, UPS
generally charges a higher rate for home deliveries versus a
business delivery.
|
|
Q. Can I use a carrier other that UPS?
|
|
A. Yes you can. Keep in mind that we ship so much
with UPS that we can share our savings from their corporate rate
to us with you.

Q. How many brushes are in a case?
|
|
A. There are 288 (2 gross) toothbrushes per case.
A case consists of 12 boxes within a case; each box contains 24
brushes.

Q. Do I have to buy a case of each size flossing brush to get
case pricing?
|
|
A. No, you can have boxes of kids, or adult
brushes within a case and this applies to regular products
without custom imprinting. |

Q. How are my Custom Imprinted Flossing Brushes packaged?

A. Our brushes all come individually packaged in Full Color
Blister

Q. How long does custom imprinting take?
|
|
A. Depending on the quantity, imprinting
generally takes 3-10 days.
|

Q. How many characters are allowed in imprinting?
|
|
A. We can fit a considerable amount of
information on a brush. We can imprint up to three lines per
brush. However, please remember that you are trying to make a
VISUAL IMPACT with the imprinting. More is not necessarily
better.

Q. What are the brush colors for imprinting?
|
|
A. Brushes will be imprinted in an assortment of
6 beautiful colors.

Q. What imprint colors are available?
|
|
A. In order to maximize the effectiveness of the
message, only black color is used at this time as it provides
effective contrasts on white toothbrush handles. |

Q. Can I supply my own logo for printing?
|
|
A. Yes. We prefer to receive a digital file (eps
is the preferred format) or camera-ready artwork. You can send
the logo to us via e-mail to
orders@freshdental.com.
We can also scan logos from letterhead, business cards, etc.

Q. What is the size of the imprint area?
|
|
A.
The imprint area on most toothbrushes is approximately 2 inches
by
3/8
